Request for Quote (RFQ)

The Request for Quote (RFQ) feature allows companies to submit quotation requests directly from the storefront for price negotiation or bulk purchase discussions.

Note: The RFQ feature can only be used by signed-in customers.

Cart Page Overview

Go to the Cart page from the storefront. Here, you will find the Request For Quote button below the Cart Summary section.

Super Admin Login

Click the Request For Quote button to proceed with creating a quotation.

Create Quotation Request

After clicking the Request For Quote button, the Quotation Form will appear.

Fill in the following details:

1) Quotation Name – Enter a name for your quotation.

2) Quotation Description – Add a short note describing your request or purpose.

3) Attach File – Upload supporting files if required.

Super Admin Login

At the bottom of the form, two buttons are available:

1) Save as Draft – Save your quotation for later submission.

2) Request A Quotation – Submit the quotation request directly to the admin.

Quotation Submission and Tracking

Once you submit your quotation request, it will be listed under the Quotations section in your My Account dashboard.

Each quotation displays key details, including ID, Quotation Name, Company, Base Total, Status (Open/Accepted/Rejected/Draft), and Created At, for easy tracking and management.
