Communications

Sellers and admins can communicate directly with each other through the admin panel, making collaboration and issue resolution more efficient.

They can exchange messages, share attachments, and manage important announcements, ensuring that both parties stay informed and can address operational concerns quickly.

In addition to admin–seller communication, customers can also interact directly with sellers for product inquiries, support requests, and order-related discussions.

This direct communication channel helps improve transparency, speeds up problem resolution, and enhances the overall customer experience on the platform.

Admin - Seller Communication

Admins can talk directly to their sellers in the Laravel Multi Vendor Marketplace, as shown in the picture below.

  1. The admin can send files and organize the chat history like you can see in the picture below.

  1. The Admin has the ability to block the Seller. Check out the image below for reference.

Now, after the Block, the Seller can also see this in the Seller Communication section.

  1. The admin can also delete the chat history and leave the chat too.

  1. The Admin can also use the Search Bar to look for Messages, and the text will be highlighted as needed. Check out the image below for reference.

Customer - Seller Communication

  1. Customer and sellers can talk to each other directly about questions on products, updates on orders, support chats, and solving problems quickly, which helps make shopping easy and clear.

  1. Sellers can answer customer questions right away and send media files like pictures or documents during the chat to make things clearer and improve communication.
